Participants agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activity, including but not limited to solicitation or non-consensual conduct, is strictly prohibited.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This agreement is binding and applies to you and your legal representatives.

By participating in any services, classes, workshops, events, or studio activities provided by KS Coaching & Consulting LLC DBA Feather and Flame Consulting, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation is voluntary and limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. Activities may include physical, emotional, or educational components that carry inherent risks. By engaging in any services, you accept full responsibility for your participation and any outcomes that may arise.

You understand that certain activities may involve physical contact, movement, restraint, or other interactive elements that carry risks such as minor injury, discomfort, or emotional intensity. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that the facility and its representatives are not liable for injury, loss, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

All participants are expected to take personal responsibility for their actions, communicate clearly, respect boundaries, and engage only in fully consensual activities. KS Coaching & Consulting LLC DBA Feather and Flame Consulting does not monitor private interactions and is not responsible for the conduct of participants.

All services provided are educational and informational in nature. We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or therapeutic services. Participation does not replace professional care, and any personal decisions, including those related to relationships or wellbeing, remain solely your responsibility.

​We maintain a strict expectation of privacy and discretion. Photography, recording, or sharing of any activities, participants, or identifying information is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from all involved parties. Confidentiality must be respected at all times.
